Some of your customers may require to have their items shipped to different addresses from time to time. Our "Multiple Shipping Addresses" feature is perfect to cater this kind of customer request.
On the Customer page, you can add new shipping addresses by clicking on the "New" button. You may also set and change a default address if your customer has multiple addresses by clicking on "Set as Default" link below the address. Please note that once an order has been marked as shipped, it will not be affected by the address change made on the customer page.
As a vendor, you can also edit the shipping and billing addresses of an order.
The customers who place new orders from your B2B portal also have the ability to edit shipping and billing address from the order page. Please note that they can only edit the addresses for new orders.
